1About the portal

The Marvilous client portal (clients.marvilousdjs.com) lets clients of Marvilous DJs & Event Planning LLC manage event details, timelines, files, and communications related to their booked services. By using the portal you agree to this Client Agreement.

2Your account

Keep your login credentials confidential and your contact details current. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized access.

3Your content

You keep ownership of the information, files, and selections you enter. You grant us a limited licence to use that content to plan and deliver your event. You confirm you have the right to share any content you upload.

4Acceptable use

Use the portal only for your own event planning with Marvilous. Do not upload unlawful or infringing material, attempt to access other clients’ data, or interfere with the portal’s operation.

5Relationship to your event services

The portal supports your event but does not replace your separate services contract with Marvilous. If anything in the portal conflicts with your signed event contract, the event contract controls. Pricing, deliverables, and payment terms for your event are governed by that contract.

6Privacy

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of this Agreement.

7Access & termination

We may provide portal access for the duration of your engagement and a reasonable period afterward. We may suspend or end access for misuse or at the conclusion of your event. Export anything you wish to keep before access ends.

8Disclaimers

The portal is provided “as is.” We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. This does not limit any rights you have under your event services contract.

9Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. [Venue / dispute terms to match your event contract.]
